HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1126 ORDINANCE NO, AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE TERM OF OFFICE FOR MEMBERS OF THE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS : . Section 1 . That the expiration date of the term of each member of the City Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , is hereby fixed and declared as follows : Member Expiration of Term Paul Young, Jr . January 1 , 1958 George Caudle January 1 , 1958 Hugh Stubblefield January\.l , 1958 Suzanne C . Lighton January 1 ,1 960 Joel A. Bunch January 1 , 1960 Ellis Burgin January 1 , 1960 W . H. Pryor January 1 , 1962 Clay B . Yoe January 1 , 1962 Garland Wheeler January 1 , 1962 Section 2 . That from and after the passage of this ordinance each member of the City Planning Commission, unless appointed to fill an unexpired term, shall be appointed to serve for a term of six ( 6) years , so that every two (2) years three (3) citizens will be appointed as a member of the City Planning Commission for terms of six ( 6) years each. Section 3 . That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
