AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF ALL
STREETS , ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS IN THE REPLAT OF LOTS SEVEN TO
FIFTEEN INCLUSIVE IN BLOCK FOUR . WILSON- ADAMS ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVIILLE, ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS : there is duly filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , m replat dated June 26 , 1956 of Lots Seven 17) to
Fifteen ( 15) inclusive , in Block Four 14Q , Wilson - Adams Addition to the City
of Fayetteville , Arkanaas in which replat the streets , alleys and easements
shown :hereon have been dedicated for public use as streets , alleys and ease -
ments ; and
WHEREAS , said replat was duly approved by the City Planning Commission
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on June 16 , 1956 ;
NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS-
SECTION 1 : That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts .and
confirms the dedication of all streets ; alleys and easements dedicated in the
replat of Lots Seven ( 7) to Fifteen j15 ) inclusive . Block Four Q41 Wilson= Adams
Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and hereby declares said streets ,
alleys and easements to be public streets , alleys and easements ; and the City
Council hereby assumes the care , control , and jurisdiction of same .
SECTION 2 : That this ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage , approval .and publication .
