ORDINANCE NO . 1108
AN ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEDICATION OF ALL STREETS,
ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS IN THE REPLAT OF LOTS 3- 14 INCLUSIVE , BLOCK 3 ,
AND LOTS 1 , 2 , 9 AND 10 , BLOCK 6 , IN MOUNTAIN VIEW ADDITION TO THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS .
WHEREAS , there is duly filed in the office of the City Clerk of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , a replat dated March , 1956 , of Lots 3 - 14, inclusive ,
Block 3 , and Lots 1 , 2 , 9 and 10 , Block 6 , of Mountain View Addition to the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas , in which - eplat the streets , alleys and easements shown
thereon have been dedicated for public use as streets , alleys , and easements ; and,
WHEREAS, said replat was duly approved by the City Planning Commission
of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , on April 16 , 1956 ,
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
SECTION 1 ; That the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , hereby accepts and
confirms the dedication of all streets , alleys and easements dedicated in the replat
of Lots 3 - 14, inclusive , Block 3 , and Lots 1 , 2 , 9 and 10 . Block 6 , in Mountain
View Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and hereby declares said
streets , alleys and easements to be public streets , alleys and easements ; and the
said City Council hereby assumes the care , control and jurisdiction of same .
SECTION 2 : That this ordinance shall take effect a9d-be in force and effect
from and after its passage , approval and publication .
