All ORDINANCE TO ACCEPT AND CONFIRM THE DEJIC.4TION OF ALL STREETS ,
ALLEYS, AND EASE.IENTS IN SUNSET HILLS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLF, ARKANSAS.
TSIEhEAS, there is duly filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk
and Ek-Officio Recorder for Washington County, Arkansas, a plat known
as Sunset Hills Addition, Fayetteville , Arkansas, being a part of the
South Half ( S} ) of the Northeast Quarter (NE} ) of Section Eight ( 8 ) ,
Township Sixteen (16 ) North of Range Thirty (30) West of the 5th P. M. ,
and the North Half (N2 ) of the Southeast Quarter ( SEJ ) of Section
Eight ( 8 ) 9 Township Sixteen ( 16 ) North of Range Thirty (30) West of
the 5th P. M. , and which Earnest G. Ward , A . Curtis Cable Jr. , Francis
M. Cable, Maxine B . Ward, and H. W. Ward, dedicated for the purpose and
use as streets , alleys and easements as shorn by said plat,

Section 1. That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas , hereby accepts
and confirms the dedication of all streets , alleys and easements dedi-
cated in Sunset Hills Addition, Fayetteville, Arkansas, and hereby
declares said streets, alleys and easements to be public streets , alleys,
and easem*nts , and the said City Council hereby assumes the care, con-
trol and jurisdiction of the same.
Section 2 . That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
