ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS AND
APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $10, 500 TO MAKE SUCH PURCHASE FOR THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
Whereas , the Board of Public Affairs has recommended the purchase
by thep ty of Fayetteville , of traffic control signals for use
on thf' $ Bare yof said city;

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS
Section 1 : That the sum of $10,500 be and the same is hereby
appropriated from the General Funds of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas for thi. purpose of purchasing traffic contro signals
for use on th&" square of said city. �i awe
Section 2 : a yd vkeir %+
That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville , Arkin sas
be and the same are hereby authorized to execute such contractsas
may be required to effect such purchase .
Section 3:
That all ordinances and parts thereof in conflict here&ith are
hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in fall force and
effect from and after its passage and approval .

on the public square and vicinity of said city; _
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TIE; CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
Section 1. That the sum of $10,500 be and the same is hereby
appropriated from the . General Funds of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas for the purpose of purchasing and installing traffic
control signals for use on the public square and vicinity of said
city.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Fayettev
ville , Arkansas be and the saws are hereby authorized to execute
such contracts as may be required to affect such purchase .
Section 3. That all ordinances and parts thereof in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from enc.. after its passage and approval.
