WHEREAS,- on June . 6, 1955 , there was filed in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas. the petition of Joel Bunch, L. W. Walter, W.

-H. JANUARY , Mable C. Januarys Stuart P. Thomas, Robert E. Jines and Vance L.
Cecil o rezone-Lots One (1 ) to Fourteen ( 14 ) , inclusive, Block One (1 ) , Smith' s
Addition to the City of Fayetteville.9 Arkansas, from Zone "A" Residence District
to Zone "B" Two-Family Residence District, and
WHEREAS, an June 20, 1955, the City Planning Commission recommended the granting
of said petition, and

WfD FAS, pursuant to due notice to all interested parties in the form and--•
manner required by law, all interested parties have been afforded full and equal '
opportunity to be heard upon said proposed change in the Zoning Ordinances,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,

Section 1: That the following described real estate situated within the
corporate limits• of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, be and the same is hereby
re-zoned from Zone "A" Residence District, to Zone "B" Two-Family Residence
District, tomwitr
Lots One ( 1 ) to Fourteen ( 14 ) , inclusive, Block One (1) , Smith ' s '
Addition to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas .
Section 2 : That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed and this action, being necessary for the public health,
peace, safety, order, comfort and convenience within the City of- Fayetteville.,
Arkansas, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its pasgage and approval.
