AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0 . 1008 APPROVED OCTOBER 22 , 1951,
REZONING AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THERETO ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1002 APPROVED
SEPPEMBER 10, 1951, AS. AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0, 1005 AP CTOBER 8, 19511
TO. REZONE CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM ZONE "C" HESIDIN TTO 04 PE" COMMERCIAL
DISTRICT , WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS ,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. That the following described real estate situated within the
corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville . Arkansas, be and the same is
hereby rezoned fromZone "C" Residential District to Zone "E" Commercial District,
to-wit :
The East Half ( E* ) of Blocks Seven ( 7 ) , Eight ( 8 ) 9
NAne ( 9 ) and Ten ( 10 ) - in Ferguson ' s Addition to the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ,
Section 2 . That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed and this action being necessary for .the .
public health, peace, safety, order, comfort and convenience within the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval .
