OCTOBER 8, 1951s TO INCLUDE ADDITIONAL REAL ESTATE IN ZONE "A" RESIDENTIAL
DIOMCT, WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS . OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYSTTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. . That the following_ described real estate situate within the
corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville; Arkansas ; shall hereafter
be classified and known as Zone "Aa Residential District, to-wits
A11 that part of the South Half ( ) of the Southeast Quarter '
( S*) of the Northwest Quarter (NW ) of Section seventeen (17 ) ,
Township Sizteen (16) North- of' � aty($0) West -of' the
5th P. M. ; `which is contained in the plat of Ace16 Acres Sub-
Division on file in the offioe ' of- the Circuit Clerk and Es-
Officio Recorder for Washington County, Arkansas.
. Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of,' ordimnces in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby' repealed and this action tieing necessary for the
public health, peace, safety, order, cbmfort and convenience withinthe
City of Fayetteville; A kansas, an emergency is herebydeolared to e3det,
and this Oidinaace ' shallrbe in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
