AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE N0e/06 S VACATING AN ALLEY RUNNING EAST AND YMT
BET?nW LOTS 27 AND 30 IN EXTENSION N0. ONE TO HOTZ SUB-DIVISION TO THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSASe
Section Is That Section 1 of Ordinance No . 1d g of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , passed and approved on the Z/
,.4 day of June, 1954, be and the same is
hereby ambended to read as follows :
"Section I. The City of Fayetteville, Arkansas , hereby reoleases , vacates , and
abandons all its right , together with the rights of the public generally in and to
the alley running east and west between Lots' Twenty-seven ( 27 ) and Thirty ( 30 ) , /n. 4po&
Revised Plat of Hotz Sub-Division of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , reserving
unto said City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , its successors and assigns an easement or
right of way on; over , under and across the portion ' of said alleys hereby vacated
for the purpose of constructing, - installing, laying and relaying, relocating and
maintaining all public utilities now located or which may hereafter be located upon
said vacated alley by said City or any corporation having a franchise or right of way.;;: _
from said City . "
Section 2 . A copy of this Ordinance duly certified by the City. Clsrk shall be
filed in the office of the Recorder of the County, and recorded in the Deed Records
of the County .
Section 3 . This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force frosi and after 4=
its passage . a
