AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE REPLAT OF WOODLAND HEIGI2S AND AC *
CEPTING THE DEDICATION OF THE STREED THEREON AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
Whereas , a replat of Ploodland Heights has been ' filed with the
City Clerk of the City ' of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and has been pre
sented to the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and
by it referred to the Planning Commission of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , and .by said planning Commission approved ; said replat being
signed by all of the property oymers - owing property - in sadd area , and
the approval of said Planning Commission being endorsed on said Re -
plat and again presented .to said City Council - for its. approvals or . re -
jection ; d fr '
NOH , THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City
of Fayetteville , Arkansas : , .

SECTION ONE .- The :Replat of Woodland Heights is hereby approved
and confirmed and the dedication of the Street shown thereon and de -
signated "Woodlaxid. Avenuellpis hereby accepted .
SECTION TWOc . All ordinances - or ,parts of ordinances . . in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from' and after its passage and approval .
