WHIIR.EAS , parties ,claiming to be the owners of taowthirds in assensed
value of the property located within the territory hereinafter described
have filed a petition praying that an improvement district be established
for the purpose hereinafter set out.
WHEREAS
.. after due notice as required by law, the City Council of
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , has heard all parties desiring to be
heard, . and has ascertained that said petition was signed by not less than
two-thirds in asLessed value of the owners of real property within said
territory;
NOff, THEREFOP.E , BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas :
SECTION 1-, There is hereby estcbl.ishad an improvement district,
embracing the follooirg prop;arty, to�-Pdts Tho West Half (Wj) of the
Northeast Quarter (NEI) of Sootion Seventeen (17 ) , Tuamship. Sixteen (16)
North, Range Thirty (30 ) best, in the City of Fayetteville , Washington
County, Arkansaal for the putpoca of constructing a system of sanitary
sewers to serve the above described territory, to be connected Td.th the
sanitary sewer syat•sm of the City of Faayetbavills, .Ar!zansas, in such
manrsr and with such materials as the Commi asion srce hereinafter named shall
deem for the beet interest of send District.
Said district shall be knozan as "Server i pAc?a%mint District, No.. 2'
of the City of Fs;;-ettevil.le, Arkansas" ; anti G • F • BrannlQa% Tom Feathers
and E . J . Hall aro hereby named c.oamUnsierrars ; vha shall compose the
