to be vacated have filed with the City Council their written consent to

Section l • The City of Fayetteville , Arkansas, hereby releases, vacates ,

ville 'a right-of Way over and across said portion of said alley vacated for
constructions installation and maintenance of all public utiliticso
Section 2 . A cop ; of the Ordinance duly certified by the City Clerk shall
