AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1008 APPROVED OCTOBER 22 , 1951, RE-
AFFIRMING AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THERETO ZONING ORDINANCE N0 . 10023
APPROVED SEPTEMBER 10 , 19511 AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE N0. 1005 APPROVED
OCTOBER 8 , 19519 TO CHANGE CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM ZONE "B " RESIDENTIAL
TO _ ZONE "A" RESIDENTIAL WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the following described real estate situate within
the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , shall here-
after be classified and known as Zone "A" Residential . District , to-wit :
That certain tract on both sides of Mission Boulevard , 300 feet
wide on each side , on the easterly and southeasterly side of
Mission Boulevard , extending from the north line of the plat of
Jackson Heights in a northerly and northeasterly direction to the
City Limits ; and also .on the westerly and northwesterly side of
Mission Boulevard extending in a northerly and northeasterly di-
rection from the northerly line of Rush Drive to the City Limits .
Section 2 . That all ordinances arid, parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed and this action being necessary for the
public health , peace , safety , order, comfort and convenience within the
City of Fayetteville, Arkansas , an emergency is hereby declared to exist ,
and this Ordinance shall be in full - force and , effect from and after its
passage and approval'.
