PE IT ORD(: T ?P'D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF' FAYETTEVILLE , . ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That the City Attorney of iLhe Cit:/ of Fayetteville, Arkansas , be and he
isi'—FeTauthorized and directed to institute legal proceedings under the Statutes
of Eminent Domain in the courts of the State of Arkansas, in behalf of the City. of
Fayetteville , Arkansas, and to take all necessary action for the purpose of condemn- ,
ing that portion of the real estate first hereinafter described in the first full
paragraph below, as is neeessar.y for a right-of way . and ease:aent for construction of
a water pipe line and air release valves thereon and for the purpose of condemning
that portion of the real estate hereinafter described in the second full paragraph
below , as is necessary for construction of a water pipe line and for a road way for
ingress and egress to the south end of the Lake Fayetteville Spillyjay for maintenarne
thereof in connection with the construction of additions and improvements to and main-
tenance of the existir>E- water system in the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , as follows ,
to-rsit :
A part of the Southwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of lection
26, Township 17 North , of Ran!e 30 West, described as follows : De-
ginning at the northwest corner of said 4O acres tract, and running
thence east 795 feet, thence south 165 feet, thence Fast 525 feet,
thence South 300 feet, thence Viest 525 feet, thence North 45 feet,
thence hest 420 feet, thence South 210 feet, thence nest 375 feet,
thence North 630 feet, to the beginning point, containing 13 acres ,
more or less . Also the lest half of the Viest half' of the ":'lest half
