AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A TRACTOR DIGGER AND LOADER
AND APPROPRIATING THE SUR OF �4,ioo. o ca TO M= SUCH PURCHASE FOR THE
WATER DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, the Board of Public Affairs has recommended the purchase
by the. City of Fayetteville of a tractor digger and loader to be used
by the Water Department of the City of Fayetteville .

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS :
1. That the am ofiaoceis hereby appropriated for the purpose j
of purchasing one tractor digger and loader for use by the Water Depart-
ment of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas .

2 . That all ordinances and parts thereof in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
