Scotian 1. That the £olloz,ing described zeal estate situate within the
corporate imits of the Cit, of Fayetteville , Arkansas , shall hereafter
be classified and known as Zone ^A^ Residential District, to-viit :
Bounded on the south t_ ;:orth line of Rockwood Trail ,
on the west by the east line of Mission Boulevard, on th3
north by the th line of Jackson Heights and on the east
by the east line of Jackson Heights .
Section 2 . ' That the following described real estate situate within th3
corpora imits of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansa3, be changed from
'Lone "C^ Residential District toZone "E^ Commercial District, to- wit;
From a point of beginning , 660, feet due South .of the Southeast
corner of the intes•section of Stone Ftraet and Buchanan Avenue.,
in the City of F'ayatteville, Arkansas , thence South 132 . 9 feet,
thence East 150 faet, thence North 132 . 9 foot; thence west 150
feet to the point of beginning,
Section 3 . That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance are hereby repealed and this action being necessary for the public
health, peace , -safety, nrder, comfort , and convenience within •; the City of Eay-
etteville , Arkansas, an amargency is hereby declared to exist, and this Ordin-
ance shall be in full furce and 'effect from and after its passage and approval .
