ORDINANCE ACCEPTING TERRITORIES ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS , ,
ASSIGNING SAID TERRITORIES TO WARDS , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES ,
WHEREAS , the County Court of Washington County, Arkansas , did on* June 20,
1952 , make an order annexing the following described territory to the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas , to�wit:
Part of the _West Half of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast -
Quarter of Section Ten ( 10 ) , Township- Sixteen ( 16 ) uNorth, Range
Thirty ( 30 ) West of the 5th P. M . , described as beginning at a
point 300, feet north of the southeast corner of said twenty acre
tract , running thence north 15 feet, thence West- 240, feet , thence
north 330 feet , thence West to a point 300 feet East of the center
line of Mission Avenue (Silt Highway No . 45 ) in said City; thence
in s southerly direction parallel to and 300 feet aqui-distant
from the center line of said avenue to a point 300 feet north of ri
the south line of said twenty acre tract, thence east to the point
of beginning. All that part of Lots 22 , 239 26 , 27 , 41, 429 43 , 48
and 49 of Jackson Heights Addition to the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas , lying and being east of the line parallel to and 300 feet
equi-distant from the center line of Mission Avenue (St4266 Highway
No . 45 ) in said City. The north 15 feet of Lots 7 and 8 of Jackson CA ;
Heights Addition to said City and all of Lots 9 , 10, 11, 12 , 13 , -
14, 15 , 169 179 18 , 19, 20, 21, 289 29, 30, 319 32, 33 , 349 35 , 36,
379 382 39; 40, 50, 51, 620 53, 54, 55 , 56 , 57, 58, 59, 60 and 61
of Jackson Heights Addition to said City of Fayetteville .

W1MUM, the County Clerk of Washington County, Arkansas , has forwarded
transcripts of said annexation proceedings to the Secretary of State and to the . '.

NON, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
. ARKANS'AS .
Section 1 . That the annexation of the above described territory to the
corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and the same is hereby
accepted .
Section 2 . That all of the above described territory is hereby assigned
to and made a part of ward 3 of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas .
