It shall' be unlawful for any unauthorized person , firm or corporation to ive any vehicle over any public street and/or alleyway in the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , where there is a . barrier, or person, or sign warning- not to cross and/or enter said street and/or , alleyway. Section 2 . It shall be unlawful .for any person; firm or coraoration to barricade any street and/or alleyway in the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , without the prior . written approval of the Chif of Police of said City . Section 30 It shall be unlawful for any unauthorized person, firm, or corporation remove any barriers and/or signs erected on any .of the streets and/or alleyways within the corporate limits of the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas . Section 4'0 ; Any person , firm or corporation violating Section 1 , Section 2 or Section o olis ordinance shall be deemed guilty. of a misdemeanors and upon conviction there- of shall be' fined in any' sum not less tha11 . One Dollar 01 . 00 ) nor more than Twenty- Five Dollars (1225 . 00 ) . . Section 5. It 2ppearing: that -serious damage is be caused by vehicle traffic over se Eand/or alle'y:vays which have been ba.^ric<ded for repairs, regrading, resurfac- ing and foir 'maintenance of public utilities , and it being, necessary for the protection of tin public safety and welfare , an emergency is hereby declared to exist, and this , ordinance shall be in full force and's ffect from and after its. passage and approval ., Passed and appioved`this. 9th day of June, 1952 .
