AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET 7MPROVEPiENT DISTRICT NO* 59 OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, WASHINGTON COUNTY, .ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, parties claiming to b'e the . owners of tw -thirds - in ' assessed value
of the property located' within the territory hereinafter described have filed a
petition praying that an improvement; . district be establish ed ; for the purpose
hereinafter set out .
WHEREAS, ; after due notice as required . by law, the City Council of the '
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas has heard •all parties desiring to be heard -
and has ascertained that said petition was signed by two-thirds •in assessed , "
value of the owners of real property within said ' territory ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the . City Council . of the City of Fayetlt .

Section 1 . There is hereby ' established an improvement district embracing

Beginning at a point 455.56 feet West of the Northwest corner of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 90 Township 16 North, Range 30 West ,
which point is on the centerline of Shady Avenue; thence North 270 fest ; thence
East to a point on the East line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
of Section 10, . Township 16 Horth, Range 30 West, which is 270 feet North of the
Southeast corner of said Southwest Quarter of the. Northwest Quarter of said

Said district shall be knoom as Street Improvement District No . 59 ; and

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in. force from and
