S°CTI ."Pd 1 . Section 3 of Ordinance No . 958 of the Ordinances of the City
of Fayre ville , Arkansas , is hereby, amended to read as follows :
'tSection 3 . No sheet metal, corrugated metal or acetal
covered buildings or. sheds , shall be erected in tha first
fire zone except when such buildings shall be used for
industrial , storage or warehouse purposes , and located
within 300 feet of a railroad track and south of Spring
Street or north of Douglas Street: "
SECTION 2 . All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in confli::t herewith
are ere y repealed and this Ordinance being necessary for the preser-
vatian of the public health, peace and safety, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist ani this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
