All ORDIIIANCE MINING THE FRONT LINE OF BUI , DINGS IN ALL ORDINANCES PRESCRIBING
BUILDING SPECIFICATIONS 17ITHIII THE FIRST FIRE 'LONE .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETfEVILLE , ARKANSAS :
Section 1 . That hereafter the tem "front lino of building" Uhon same
appears in arW ordinance of the City of Fayetteville prescribing building
specifications within the first fire zone shall be defined as follows :
"The line of that face of the building nearest the front line of to lot.
This face includes sunparlorsi porchos, covered or uncovered, enclosed or
unenclosody roofs, eaves , canopies, and attached stops, but excludes canvas or
custom ode metal awnings. "
Section 2 . All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict horemaith are
hereby repealed, and it appearing that this ordinance is necessary for the pre—
servation of the public peace , hoalth, and safety, an emergency is hereby declared
to exist and thin ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
