That Section Six ( 6 ) of Ordinance No . 968 , passed and approved April 24 , 1950, be amended to read as follows : "Section 6. Permit Fees . For each permit issued by the City Engineer the applicant shall pay a fee of One (31. 00) Dollars to the City of Fayetteville . " 2 . All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith shall be and the same are hereby repealed, and that this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
