ORDINANCE L
AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE OFFICE OF MUNICIPAL COURT CLERK OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS , PRESCRIBING DUTIES , FIXING THE SALARY, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TII; CITY OF FAYETTEUILLE, ARKANSAS :
Section 1. There is hereby created the office of Municipal Court Clerk
whose salary shall be one thousand and eight hundred dollars ($1, 800. 00 )
per annum payable in equal monthly installments .
Section 2 . Said office shall be filled as is now or may hereafter be
prescribed by law, and said Municipal Court Clerk shall perform the duties and
enter into the bond as is now or shall hereafter be prescribed by lam.
Section 3 . It appearing that administrative affairs in the lunicinal
Court have increased to such an extent that the administration of justice is
impaired, and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation of public
health, peace and safety, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval .
