ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ALL STREETS AND ALLEYS IN THE
REPLAT OF SMITH ' S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS , the streets and alleys in Smithts addition to the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas were not dedicated at the time of the filing of the
plat of said addition and that the City of Fayetteville is desirous of
placing a larger water line for the use and benefit of the owners of said
addition, it has become primarily suitable and desirable to replat-said
addition , henceforth to be called a replat of Smith ' s Addition to the
p
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas; and to dedicate said streets and alleys

for the use and benefit of the public .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVTTJ
Section 1 . The dedication of the streets and alleys for the use
and benefit of the public to the replat of Smith ' s Addition to the City
of Fayetteville be and is hereby accepted .
