AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR CERTAIN EXEMPTIONS FROM PAYMENT OF
FEES PROVIDED BY ORDINANCE N0 . 920 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARKANSAS .

SECTION 1 . Any person , firm or corporation who has no
garbage , trash or other refuse to be .disposed of , shall , upon
satisfactory proof that the premises sought to be exempted are
and will continue to be kept in a clean and sanitary condition,
and that there are no accumulations of garbage , trash or other
refuse as defined by Ordinance No . 920 ; shall be relieved of the
payment of fees provided by Ordinance, No . 920 , so long as such

condition continues to exist .
SECTION 2 . Any person , firm or corporation using his own
garbage for feed shall be relieved of the payment of fees pro-
vided by Ordinance No . 920 , insofar as disposal of garbage is
concerned ; provided , however , that such garbage shall be carried
only in inspected and approved vehicles or containers as provided
in Ordinance No . 920 , and the license fees for such vehicle ( s )
are paid.
SECTION 3 . All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
ti
� herewith are hereby repealed ; and it appearing that Ordinance No .
920 imposes a fee whether or not the service therein provided for
is necessary , an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its pas -
sage and approval .
