An Ordire nce Extending the Thirty Minute Parking Zone .
BE IT ENIC TED BY THE C 7TY COUNC 1L (F THE CITY CF FAYETTEVILLE ,
ARK ANSAS :
Secticn le That the parking space on the south side of
Center Street and the East side of Block Street on the
Public Square , same being the north side and the west side
of ' the Post Office , be and is hereby restrcited to the
parking of vehicles for no longer that thirty minutes
continuously .
Sectbn 2 . Any person, firm or ' corporation ' violating the
krovis ions of recti on one of - this ordinance shal 1 be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be
punished by a fine of not less than one dollar nor more
that twenty -five dollars .
Section 3 . All ordinances or * parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed;` and it a "ppearing ' that the
above described restricted area is necessary for the public
health , peace and safety; an ' emergency is hereby declared
to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
