BE IT E14ACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS :

Section 1 . Hereafter it shall be iitlavrful for the
operators of automobiles within the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , to drive an automobile with headlights burning at
other than the " dd)m" or " depressed" stage ; and within the
meaning of the ordinance the term automobile shall be held to
include any motor - propelled vehicle .
aection 2 . Any person found guilty of violation of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction , shall be fined in any sum not less than one dollar
or more than ten dollars .
Section 3 . This ordinance being necessary for the public
peace , health and safety , an emergency is hereby declared to
exist , and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage , approval and publication. j
