Sectioh 1 . Left turns shall not be permitted at the
northwest and southeast corners of the square , by vehicles
'traveling on the square , or entering the sgane from adjoining

Section 2 All persons convicted of a violation of this
,ordinance shall be deemed guilty og a misNembanor and subject
ao a fine of not less than one dollar nor more than ten
,dollars for each offense .

immediate concern , An emergency is declared to exist and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage , approval and publication .
