AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING WAHNEETA.ti HEIGHTS AS AN ADDITION
TO TRF. CITY OF FAYF.TTYVILLE, ARKANSAS , AND ATTACHING THE
TERRITORY THFRSIN TO Y:ARr THREE OF TNF: CITY OF FAYETTrVILLE,
ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES *
WHEREAS, the requisite number of signers hays filed a petition in the
County Court of Washington County, Arkansas , praying among, otter things,
that the territory known as 0WAHNEETAR HEIGHTS" contiguous and adjacent

to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , be attached to, annexed and made

a part of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas , and, k Y
Wc3ER?AS , all procedure in connection with annexation by the County
lot ,
Court has been completed in all respects as required by la ,v and the County
Court has approved said petition and more than thirty days has elapsed since y
the date of the approval of said petition and no protests have been tiled.

SECTION II . Said territory shall hereafter be known and designated as
"'WAHNEETAh HF:IGiiTS DDITION TO THE CITY OF FAYxTTF.VILLF, A&ANSAS , " and the
territory therein embraced is hereby made a part of Ward Three of the City
of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and the residents thereof shall have all of the
rights and privileges of rfaidents of the City of Paystteville, Arkansas .
