AN ORDINANCE FIXING MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE FEES FOR COMMON CARRIER
PASSENGER MOTOR VEHICLES HAVING A FIXED CAPACITY IN EXCESS OF SEVEN
PASSENGERS AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVI LLE , ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE : The "annual Motor Vehicle License fee for common carrier
passenger motor vehicles having a fixed capacity in excess of seven

passengers shall beper annum , which licenses shall be
due at such times as are now or may be hereafter fixed by Ordinance
for private passenger motor vehicles within the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas ,
SECTION TWO * Discounts and/or prorata payments now or hereafter
allowed by ordinance shall be applicable to the licenses herein fixed.
SECTION THREE : All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflic'there-
with are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and. after December 31 , ''1945 .
