AN ORDINANCE REDUCING DISCOUNTS ON MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSES IN THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVIL-LE , ARKANSAS , AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE ARKANSAS :
SECTION ONE: Beginning January 1 , 1946 , the discount allowed on the
purchase of Motor Vehicle Licenses in the City of , Fayetteville , when
purchased rithin the times now or hereafter provided by Ordinance
making such purchases eligible for discount , shall be twenty percent
( 20%) .
SECTION TWO : All Ordinances or partrof Ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after . December 31 , 1945 .
