ARKANSAS :
SLOTIOIT I . The Aviation Committee of the City Council is hereby
d9signated as the Airport Zoning Board of the City of Fayetteville ,
SZCTIOIT II , The powers and duties of said Board shall be those
granted under the terms of Act 116 of the Acts of Arkansas for
the year 1941 , qnd said board shall have the right to make and
adopt necessary rules and regulations for the purpose of carrying
out the purpose and intent of said Act 116 , vlhich rules and regu-
lations , when approved by the City Council , shall have the force
and effect of lacy.
SECTION III . It appearing that the Fayetteville Municipal Airport
is rapidly increiasing its activities and safety measures should

immediately be adapted in order to better provide for the public
health , peace and safety ; an emergency is hereby r' eclared to exist
and this Ordnance shall be in full force and effe , t from and after
its passage , approval and publication .
