sECTION 1 . It is hereby declared to be unlawful for any
person, firm or corporation or aW agents , servants and employees
to oper:-.te or be opened for buslnSQ" a any grocery store or meat
market vithin the corporate limite of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas , on the sabbath day .
SECTION 8 . Any person , firm or corporation found guilty
of violating the terse of Section 1 of tAs ordinance sj;a.11, be
doomed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall ..
be fined any suss not less than $6 . 00 nor more than 8330;rOC , • and •
each sole on the sabbath day shall oonstitute a separate offense ,
