PROVIDING FOR INSPECTIONS REQUIRED *UNDER THE BUILD*
ING CODES SF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , CHANGINMETxODS OF PAYMENTS '
REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES AND FOR ETHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville ,
Arkansas .
SECTION All permits and inspections now or hereafter required
under the bu—'ilding codes of the City of Fayetteville , shall be issued
or performed as the case may be , by the Office of the City Engineer .
This Ordinance specifically applies to Natural Gas , Electrical- and
Building Permits and inspections .
SECTION Zf . All fees now or hereafter provided for Permits and/or
inspections as hereinabove defined shall be paid to the City glerk
and Collector of the City of 1ayetteville , from and after the effect-
ive date of this Ordinance .
SECTION All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are�ereby repealed pfd )UM and this Ordinance being neces —
sary for the preservation of the public health , peace and safety of
the residents of the City of Fayetteville , an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this Ordimance shall be in full force and ef-
fect from and after the 1st day of February 1941 .
