All persons, firms, corporations or associations dealing in neer or used • info or Ve ' cLes nithin the City of Fayetteville who are required to purchase Dealers licneses for such vehicles from the State of Arkansas, shall also be required to purchase a Motor Vehicle license or licenses from the City, of Fayetteville. Section 2. Each such Dealer shall be required to purchase One Master license and as many additional tags as are purchased by said Dealer from the Commissioner of Revenue of 'the State of Arkansas , for the State of Arkansas Dealer ' s License and Tags . Section 3 . The Master License or Tax hereinabove mentioned shall be $10. 00 per annum and all ddditional Dealer ' s Tags shall be '32 . 50 per annum, subject to the same discounts and prorated payments as are now, or may hereafter be provided for present City Auto Ta,"s or Licenses . Section 4. Any person, firm, corporation or association failing to pay the licen- se ee , or to purchase tags herein regtdred within the time noxa or hereafter 1re- scribed for purchase of Faydtteville Automobile License Tags shall be deemed guilty . of a misdemanor, and upon convicti ,n thereof, shall be fined in any sum not exceed- ing Three times the cost of such license or licenses . Section 5. All ordinances or parts of ordin2nces in conflict, herewith, in so far aszT apply to Dealer' s Tags or licenses are hereby repealed, and this Ordinance being necessary for the peace, health and safety of the residents of the City of Fayetteville , an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinand'e shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and publication.
