Sac'cion 1 . That insofca as Ordinance No . 734 , entitled: '4L•I ORDTP:A 3E RE.ATPIG TO
� u0juTiCuBBLF. A rusmSC?ITSt; , passed and approved April 20, 1931, shall pro-
hibi_t or mako it unlawful for any association either incorporated or not incorpora-
ted, or students and/or faculty o£. the University of firkansas, located on the Campus
of the University of Arkarsas , to keep, run, maintain or be interested or . connected
with tho 1v eping, running , or maintaining of billiard and pool tables for hire at
such location, it shall Ue and the sate is hereby repealed ; and insofar as such
Ordinance as amended shall make it unlayful to permit a minor tinder the Age of
eighteen (18 ) years to loiter, play or participate in such amusements , when carried
onus herein set out , it is hereby repealed;
Soction 2 . Any such association of students , and/or faculty, with a place of busi-
ness located on the Campus of 'Lho University of Arkansas shall be per fitted to play
participate or operate such games , but such places shall be under the supervision
and superintendency of a responsible person or persons and no such games shall be
permitted to operate either for hire or trthout hire at any place where such super-
vision or superintendency is not present ;
SECTION 3 . All ordinances or parts or ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby

Section 4. If for any reason, any portion of this Ordinance shall be held invalid,
suc—Ti J nvEidity shall in no wise affect the remaining portions thereof, i7ldch are
valid, but such valid portions shall be and remain in full force and effect.
