AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
M 49 OF THE , CI TY. OF FAYETTEPILLE, . ARISANSAS. . . .
WHEREAS , parties claiming to be the owners of two-thirds in assessed
value o'$. the property located within the territory hereinafter described
have filed a petition praying that an improvement district be established
for the purpose hereinafter set out.

WHEROU , after due notice as required by law the� City Council of
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , has heard all parties desiring to
ba heard and has ascertained that said petition was signed by two-thirds
in assessed value of the owners of real property within said territory ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas :
SECTION I . There is hereby established an improvement district am-
bracing the following property bounded as follows , to"d t :
Beginning on the South line of North Street at the Northwest corner•
of Lot 16 , Block 1 , City Park Addition_ ; thence East along the South .
line of North Street to the Northeast corner of :Lot 2 , Block 7 , City
Park Addition; thence south along the -east lins ,,of said, lot to
south line of Pike Street ; thence east on the south line of Pike Street
to the northeast corner of lot 1 ; Block 6 , City Park Addition; thence
south on the west line of the alley of Block 6 , City Park Addition;
thence crossing Cleburn Street and continuing south on the west line
of the alley of Block 59 city Park Addition, to`the southeast corner
`z of Lot 5 , Block 5 , City Park Addition; thence west on the south line
of said lot crossing Park Avenue and continuing west on the south line
of Lot 6 , Block . 2 , City Park Addition, to the southwest corner of said
lot ; thence north on the. east , line of the alley of - Block 2 , City Park
Addition, crossing Cleburn Street and Continuing norih 'on •the east
line of the alley of Block 1 , City Park Addition, to the point of
b egi nni ng.
and including the following described lots , tracts , and parcels of land ,
to-wit :

all within the city' of Fayetteville , Arkansas .
for the purpose of draining , grading , curbing , guttering , and paving Park
Avenue south of North Street for 1020 feet with a 20 foot concrete pavement
which includes a 6 inch monolithic curb on each side.

compose the Board of Improvement for said district.
