AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISFIING STREET IUTWVRMNT DISTRICT
NO . 46 OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARYANSAS. .
WHEREAS , parties claiming to be the owners of two -thirds in assessed
value of the property located within the territory hereinafter described � =
have filed a petition praying that an improvement district be established'
for the purpose hereinafter set out,

WHEREAS , after due notice as required by law the City Council of
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas , has heard all parties desiring to
be heard and has ascertained that said petition was signed by two-thirds
in assessed value of the owners of real property within said territory ;
NOW, TEERMORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas :
SECTION I . There is hereby established an improvement district em- 4`
bracing the following property bounded as follows , to-wit :
Beginning at a point which is the Southwest corner of Lot 2 Block
"A" Leverett' s 2nd Addition to the City of Fayetteville, then North
along the west line _ of said Lot and crossing an 2: xst and West alley
and continuing North along west line of Lots 3 and 5 to the North-
west corner of Lot 5 Block "A" Leverett ' s 2nd Addition, thence Weet.
crossing North and South alley to the Northeast corner o`f Lot 6
Block "A" , thence West along the North line of said Lot 6 to the
Northwest corner of said lot , thence North along the West line of
Lot 8 to the Northwest corner of said Lot , thence coatiVa ng North
across Douglas Street to the Southwest. corner of Lot 1 Block "B"
Leverett ' s 2nd Addition, thence North along the West line of Lots

the City of Fayetteville, Washington County , Arkansas,
all within the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas:
for the purpose of draining, grading, curbing, guttering , and paving Douglas
Street from the east boundary of Garland Avenue east to the West line of
Storer Avenue ; Storer Avenue from the North line of Douglas Street to the
Northern Boundary of said improvement district at the Northeast corner of
Lot 21 , Block 1 , Oakland Place Addition, and the Northwest corner of Lot
6 , Block 2 , Leverett ' s Third Addition, at an intersection of an Bist and
West Street at that point ; Oakland Avenue from the north line of West
Maple Street to the Northern Boundary of; said improvement district , namely ,
to a point even with the Northwest corner of Lot 13, Block 1 , Oakland place
Addition, and the Northeast corner of Lot 10 , Block 2 , Oakland Place Ad-
dition; Lindell Avenue from the North line of West Maple Street directly
north to the Northern boundary of said improvement district at a point
even with the Northeast corner of Lot 5 , Block B , Leverett 's Second Ad-
dation and the Northwest corner of Lot 21 , Block 2 , Oakland Place Addition.
Said district shall be known as Street Improvement District No . 46 ;

SECTION II . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
