AN ORDIMME FSTABLISHIM STREET IMRPOVDIENP DISTRICT
NDa . 52 OF THE, CI TY OF FAYFT1 VILLE , ARKANSAS. i . , .
WHEREAS , parties claiming to be the owners of two-thirds in assessed
value of the property located within the territory hereinafter described
have filed a petition praying that an improvement district be established
for the purpose hereinafter set out, 1
WHEREAS , after due notice as required by law the City Council of
the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , has heard all parties desiring to
be heard and has ascertained that said petition was signed by two-thirda
in assessed value of the owners of real property within said territory ;
RDW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas :
SM91ON I . There is hereby established an improvement district em-
bracing the following property bounded as follows , to-wit:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot One ( 1) , Block Three ( 3) ,
Putman' s Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , and run-
ning thence est 135 feet ; thence South 135 , feet ; from and Parallel
with the est line of Duncan Avenue to the South line of Stone _
Street ; thence West along the South line of Stone Street to the
southwest corner of Lot Twelve ( 12) , Blpck Three ( 3) , Putman' s Ad-
dition; thence across Duncan Avenue to the Southeast corner of the
County Court Plat of the Northwest Quarter ( NAS) of- the Southwest
Quarter (SWg) of Section Sixteen ( 16) , Township Sixteen (16) North ,
Range Thirty, ( 30) West ; thence West along the South line of Stone Street
135 feet ; thence North 135 feet from and parallel to the West line of
Duncan Avenue to the South line of Lot Six ( 6) , Block Six ( 6) , Dune
can' s Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas ; thence Fast to '
Duncan Avenue ; thence across Duncan Avenue to the point of beginning.
and including the following described lots , tracts , and parcels of land ,
to-wit :
Putman' s Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Arkansas :
Block Three ( 3) , the West 135 - feet of Lots 1 to 12 inclusive,
County . Court Plat of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
of Section 16 , Township 16 North, Range 30 West : ^
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said County Court, Plat of the
Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 16 , , aforesaid;
the same being the Northwest corner of the intersection of SouthDana
can Avenue and Stone Street and running thence West 135 feet ; thence
North 135 feet from and parallel to the West line of Duncan Avenue
to the South line of Lot 6 , Block 6 , Duncan' s Addition to the City
of Fayetteville , Arkanaas; , thence 114 st along, the South line of Lot 6
to the West line of Duncan Avenue ; thence South along the West line
of Duncan Avenue to the place of beginninge
all within the 9ity of Fayetteville , Arkansas .

SICTION II . This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
