ORDINANCE ,NO
AN ORDIIAKNCE PROVIDING AND REGULATING THE CONSTRUCTION, ERECTION
AND BUILDING OR APARTIJIENT HOUSES , REPEALING CONFLICTING ORDINANCES
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
AffKANSAS
SECTION ONE : Permits for the construction, building or erec -
tion of Apartment Houses shall be granted only_ in the manner pro -
vided in ORDINANCE N0 . 610 of the Ordinances of the City of Fayette -
villa;-Arkansas , . which provides for publication of application for
permit , and reference to the City Council in the event protests are ,
filed with the Building Inspector within the time provided�in_ said�
ORDINANCE NO . 610 .
SECTION TWO : All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith and particularly ORDINANCE NO . 665 , are hereby re -
pealed ; and this ordinances being necessary for the preservation of
the peace health and safety of the residents of the City of Fayette -
ville , an emergency is hereby declared and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its pasaage , approval and
publication .
