SZICTION I . That the street nor.' designated upon the official
plat of the City of Fayetteville , Ark;.nsas , from Prosnect Street
north to the north city limits as I15prinr;dale Hi;-hcayll be and the
same is hereby designated and named and shall be a continuation of
" North College Avenue " .
SZOTION II . The avenue running north from Prospect Street to
the north city limits no ;; designated upon the official plat of the
Cit }r of Fayetteville , ArkE.nsq.s , as " North College Avenue " is hereby
renamed and designated as"Pollard Avenue "
SLCTIOIT III . North College Avenue as herein estp:olished shall
be the dividing line betreen '::ards Tro and Three in the City of
I'ayetteville .
SiCTIOIT IV . All ordinances C.nd parts of ordinances in conflict
hererith are hereby repealed a.nd this ordinance being necessary for
the convepience of the residents of the City of Fayetteville , an
emergency is hereb •r declared nd this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage , approval and publication .
