Section 1 . It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to park
any motor vehicle licensed to carry passengers for hire , in any restricted
parking district of the City of Fayetteville except for the purpose of picking
up and discharging passengers .
Section 2 . Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms of Section 1
o s Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished
by a fine of not more than 3100 . 00 and each day of such violation shall con-
stitute a separate offense .
Section 3• All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are here-
by repea d and this Ordinance being necessary for the convenience and safety of
all the residents of the City of Fayetteville, an emergency is hereby declared
and this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage ,
approval and publication.
