A FIRE ZONE INCLUDING THE EAST HALF OF BLOCK TEN IN FERGUSON ' S ADD*
ITION TO THE CITY . OF FAYETTEVILLEve

BE TT ORDAINED BY THE CI'P'6ri COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARK-
ANSAS , that there is hereby created and established a fire zone with-
in the City of Fayetteville , . which zone shall embrace and include t1B
East Half of Block Ten in Ferguson ' sAddition to the City of Fay-
etteville , : Arkansas .
SECTION TWO . WhFr eas , it has been indicatedtthat certain build-
ings of the type commonly used for businesses exclusively are to
be constructed on said above descAbbed property and that said build-
ings should be constructed in a manner , prescribed . for buildings
built within the fire ' zone . - an an. - is ; hereby>deFlared and
this ordinance -shall' �take effect and be in force from and after its
passage , approval and publication .
