AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE
TO EXTEND THE FIRE ZONE OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS "
Be it ordained by�the . ity of Fayetteville , Arkansas
Section I That the following described real estate �.
is hereby included in the fire zone of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas : beginning at the North=t
corner of Lot 2 , Block 4 of the original town ( now city )
of Fayetteville and running thence South 160 feet ;
thence due west to the East line of Locust Street ;
thence North . to the South line of Dickson Street ,
thence East to the place of beginning .
Section II All ordinances and parts of ordinances � •�

in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and the creation
of this land int o�a Fire Zone being necessary for the
peace , health and ceW and more particularly for
-the prevention of f e hazards, an emergency is hereby
declared , and this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage , approval and
publication ,
