AN ORDINANCE TO HE ENTITLED: " AN ORDINANCE FIXING LICENSE AND PERMIT FEES
FOR SNOOKER PARLORS AND TABLES . DOMINO PARLORS AND TABLES : BOWLING ALLEYS
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES"
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLEs
SECTION ONES That hereafter the ahhuel license or permit for the operation
of a snooker parlors where sucl operation is hot now prohibited by ordinances
of this Citys shall be $ • s and said parlor may contain from one to
— tables ; providgd addit6onal tables may be added for the additional
sum or license of per table*

SICTION TWOS That hereafter the abbual license or permit for the operation
of a domino parlor shall be $ _5 ov per table ger annum.
SECTION THREES That hereafter t e annual license or permit for the operation
of bowling alleys shall be $ 20 00 per alley.
SECTION FOUR: That this ordinance shall not be construed as permitting the
operation of any of said amusements if now prohibited by any ordinance now in
forse in the City of Fayetteville; but this ordinance shall be construed only
as a revision of the rates of existing licensee and permits for such amusements
and all ordinances or parts og ordinances in Bonflict with the rates as herein
set forth are hereby repealed ; and this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage , approval and publication.
