AN ORDINANCE TO BE ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE TO NAME A STREET
RUNNING EAST AND WEST IN LEVERETT ' S SECOND ADDITION AND LEV-
ERETT ' S THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS"
WHEREAS , a plat of Leverett ' s Second Addition and a plat
of Leverett ' s Third Addition to the City of Fayetteville , Ark-
ansas , have been filed in all respects as required by law, in
which plats dedication for street purposes have been made and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Fayetteville , Ark-
ansas , and
WHEREAS , said plats fail to designate a name for a street
running East and West between Blocks "B " and " C" in Leverett ' s
Second Addition between Lindell and Garland Avenues , and a con-
tinuation of said street between Blocks 112" and 113 " in Lever-
ett ' s Third Addition aforesaid between Leverett and Storer Ave-
nues , and
WHEREAS , it is necessary that said street be assigned a
name , and property owners adjacent to said street have suggest-
ed that said street be known and designated as " Caraway; Street " ;
NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the
City of Fayetteville , Arkansas , that the street herein above
described lying between Blocks " B " and " C " and running 4%dw ( d=ef`✓
Lindell and Garland Avenues in Leverett ' s Second Addition , and
lying between Blocks 112 " and 113 " and running between Leverett
and Storer Avenues in Leverett ' s Third Addition , be , and the
same is hereby designated -and named " Caraway Street " . - -
