Be it ordained by the - city council
of the city of Fayetteville , Arkansas :
That Section One off Ordinance Number 789 of the City of
Fayetteville , Arkansas , be and it is hereby amended to include
the following sentence ,* tvWhat the maximum fee to be charged
to any truck, or truck and trailer , or tractor and trailer , is
the scum of 25 . 00: l0y..trv'1
This ordinance being necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace , health and safety , an emmergency is declared to
exist , and this ordinance shall , be in full force and effect from
and after its passage , approval ,nd "publication .
