OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE SECTION 1 . That the following described route of State Highways No . 62 , etc mon 1 , . and71 , Section 16 , herebefore laid out by the County Court of Washington County, in the City of Fayetteville , as follows . 'to wit : Note : All Subdivisions and Additiens . in .this description are understood , to be of and to the City of Fayetteville . -Arkansas ,, .. A strip of land 20 feet wide off the Southerly side of Lots 4 and 40 , County Court Sub -Division SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16 , Township .16 North , Range 30 West . The Strip of land 60 feet wide lies South of this line .
