Is It ordained by the city council of the city of Fayetteville , Arkansas:
Section One : An ordinance to amend ordinance No 764''.of the ordinances
of the city of Fayetteville , Arkansas , to read as follows : That the
license fees or on all motor propelled vehicles
and motorcyclesowned- or -operated• upon - the public str&° ts;, elleysr Ior public highways of said city , be and the same Are hereby reduced
forty per cent and that said li4cense `fees or privilege taxes shell
.be due ' and payable on or brfore the first day of March , 1935 , and
thereafter annually on or before the first day of February of each

to the effective date of this ordinance shall be refunded by the *

to be cumulative to the city ordinances now in force and repealls
