Whereas , college avenue in the city od Fayetteville , Arkansas , between the intereection of Spring street and College avenue and the intersection of Davidson street and College avenue is a residental section and the main high:1ray leading north out of said city , and r Whereas , certain markets for the sale of fruit , vegetables and like products have been selling from the curb and from improvised stands , and 4hereas , numerous trucks park at said stands , block traffic , and the refuse around said stands is unsightly. and unhealthy , therefore BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF . FAYETTEVILLE , ARKANSAS : Section 1 . It shall be unlawful for any person , firm or corporation to market any fruit , vegetables or carry on any commercoal business whatsoever in the city of Fayetteville , Arkansas , bet�: eer� tte in erset�on0ypf n s� an q ,,,� College avenue om a anas , ma ke s or ur_ e an improvised shelter . Section 2 . It shall be unlawful for any owner , trustee or agent of said owner , of any lot oV lots to rent , lease or ae5ign the same to any person , firm or. corporation for the purpose of carrying on the marketing of said fruits , vegetables or - any commercial business whatsoever in the manner as described aforesaid , on said avenue between the said intersections . Section 3 . Any person , firm or corporation violating any provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in any sum not less than 325 . 00 , and not more than $6100 . 00 for each violation and each , day any person , firm or corporation shall conduct or carry on the marketing or business aforesaid , within said limits , shall be deemed a separate offense .
